Receiving & lot records

Record partial deliveries and customer-owned stock. Keep each lot’s quantity, heat number and location label together.

Physical counts & stock history

Find a lot by location label or scan its code. Record a recount and review receipts, material usage and adjustments.

Orders & shipments

Keep shipment quantities and tracking with the sales order. Ship accepted batches in full or in part.

Does WMS manage bins and warehouse transfers?

You can label a lot’s location, such as Rack A-02. WMS essentials does not manage bins, transfer stock between warehouses, direct putaway or organize picking waves. Offline and multi-site warehouse workflows are not included.

What can I ship?

Shipments use accepted production batches for their sales order. General fulfillment from finished stock and scan-confirmed picking and packing are not included.

Can we try it with our labels and stock?

Yes. Bring your stock units, scanning devices and a typical shipment. We’ll check the workflow with you during the pilot.
