Clarioty service terms
Who provides Clarioty
Clarioty is provided by Clarioty LLC, Ohio, United States. Contact us through https://www.clarioty.com/contact/ for service, billing, cancellation or data requests.
These terms apply to business use of the Clarioty workspace. By accepting for a company, you confirm that you have authority to act for it. A separately signed agreement controls any conflicting commercial terms that it expressly replaces.
Your trial and optional paid subscription
The standard trial lasts 30 days from activation and does not require a payment card. Finishing the trial does not create a paid subscription or authorize a charge. At expiry the trial workspace becomes read-only, with authorized billing and available data-export access. Clarioty may expressly extend a trial.
Paid service starts only if an authorized company administrator reviews the assigned plan and completes Stripe Checkout. The review and checkout show the recurring price, currency, billing interval and applicable tax treatment. Billing begins when you confirm the subscription in Stripe Checkout, not automatically at trial expiry. Starting a paid subscription does not promise to preserve unused trial days.
Subscriptions renew at the accepted interval until cancelled. Standard new plans are monthly; a separately assigned annual plan is annual only when that interval is explicitly shown and accepted. Module access, employee permissions and your subscription price are separate controls. An optional preview is not a promise of general availability.
Cancel future renewals using the available billing portal or request cancellation through https://www.clarioty.com/contact/ before your next renewal. Retain the cancellation confirmation; contact us if the portal is unavailable. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Charges for a started period are not automatically prorated or refunded, except where applicable law or a written agreement requires otherwise. Contact us to review an incorrect charge or refund request.
A different recurring price or billing interval requires a new explicit agreement; enabling a module or accepting updated general terms does not itself authorize a higher charge. Tax amounts may depend on billing details and applicable requirements and are shown by Stripe before confirmation.
Using the service responsibly
Use individual accounts and grant employees only the access they need. Keep credentials secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for the instructions, documents and transactions submitted by your authorized users.
Do not misuse accounts, bypass access controls, upload unlawful material, interfere with other companies, or use the service to send unlawful or unsolicited messages. You must have permission to upload documents and to connect third-party systems.
Your shop remains responsible for customer commitments, approved revisions, quantities, physical inventory, manufacturing decisions, inspections, safety, tax and accounting. Review drafts and system suggestions before approving work. Clarioty does not replace your engineering review or professional advice.
Data, integrations and preview features
Your company retains its rights in its customer, production and other business data. You allow Clarioty and its service providers to process that data to provide, secure, support and maintain the service. Clarioty retains its rights in its software and service materials.
Email, accounting and other integrations are optional. Connecting one authorizes the requested data exchange with that provider; its own terms also apply. Disconnecting does not undo transactions already sent. AI and document extraction produce suggestions that can be incomplete or incorrect. Confirm facts, part matches, quantities and instructions before saving or taking action.
Vision and other features identified as preview, pilot or coming soon may have limited access, change, or be withdrawn. Do not rely on a preview for safety-critical decisions or compliance certification. Quality and security tools do not establish ISO certification, CMMC certification or compliance with NIST requirements. Do not upload controlled or specially regulated data unless we have expressly agreed and configured a suitable service for it.
Export available business records before ending service. Ask us about a company-authorized export or deletion request. We do not promise automatic deletion on a fixed date; retention, backups, legal requirements and security investigations can affect deletion timing. Support, availability and ending access
Contact us through https://www.clarioty.com/contact/ for support. Implementation, data migration, custom development, guaranteed response times and service levels apply only if separately agreed. We may maintain or improve the service and will communicate material service or commercial changes through available account channels.
We may restrict access to address misuse, a security concern, unpaid agreed fees or termination, with notice when practical. Trial expiry by itself does not authorize payment or deletion. Keep copies of essential records and verify exports; do not treat the service as the sole copy of critical documents.
The service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or suitability for every shop. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Clarioty excludes implied warranties and indirect or consequential losses, and its aggregate liability under these terms is limited to fees paid by your company to Clarioty in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
We retain the terms version and approval associated with a trial or checkout. A revised terms document does not retroactively alter a recorded approval. Material changes to these terms will be presented or notified; a new recurring price still requires express approval.
