Clarioty LLC, Ohio, United States, provides Clarioty. Contact us through https://www.clarioty.com/contact/ about personal information, access, correction, export, deletion or marketing preferences.
This notice covers Clarioty website visitors, trial applicants, account users and billing contacts. A customer company determines how it uses the personal information in its own operational records and should give its employees and customers appropriate notices.
Information we process and why
We process account and contact details you submit, company information, sign-in identifiers, user roles, support requests, trial dates, subscription references, agreement approvals, and relevant security and activity records. We use them to create and secure accounts, operate the service, support users, administer trials and billing, prevent misuse and maintain an audit record.
Company records may contain customer and supplier contacts, employee activity, orders, jobs, inventory, invoices and uploaded documents. Connected email or other services provide the information you authorize for the selected features. Clarioty processes that information to deliver the company workspace and requested workflows.
Stripe collects payment card and billing information on its hosted checkout and billing pages. Clarioty keeps subscription and transaction references and status; full payment card details are not entered into Clarioty forms.
Technical information can include device/browser details, request metadata, errors, security events and IP addresses available to our hosting or service providers. We use operational logging to keep the service working and investigate problems.
Service providers and optional connections
We use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, support and requested integrations. These may include Cloudflare, Firebase/Google, Stripe and our application-hosting and email-delivery providers. Optional Microsoft, Google, accounting, AI or other connections share the information necessary for the functions your company enables.
Company administrators control membership and employee access. Clarioty personnel may access information as needed for authorized support, security, billing and service administration. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect users and the service. We do not sell company operational data or personal information.
Providers can process information in locations different from your own. Enabling a third-party connection also brings that provider’s privacy terms into the relationship. Do not enable optional AI or external processing for sensitive documents without your company’s permission.
Cookies, analytics and marketing choices
Essential browser storage and similar technologies support sign-in, security and service preferences. Where website analytics are enabled, nonessential analytics follow the website’s cookie choices. You can change those choices through the available cookie controls; browser settings may also limit storage.
Optional marketing permission is separate from agreeing to service terms. Choosing not to receive marketing does not prevent a trial. We may still send necessary account, verification, security, support and billing communications. Ask us to stop marketing or use an unsubscribe option where provided.
Retention and your requests
We keep information for service operation, support, accounting, security, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. Trial expiry does not automatically delete business records. We do not promise deletion after a fixed retention period; authorized deletion requests, backup cycles and legal or security needs affect timing.
Ask your company administrator about access to company records. Send privacy requests through https://www.clarioty.com/contact/. We verify identity and authority before providing or deleting information, and explain any relevant restriction. Available rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law; this notice does not limit mandatory rights.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the service and investigate reported incidents. This service is for business users and is not intended for children.
When this notice changes, we publish a new version and provide additional notice where appropriate. The acceptance record retains the document version and text presented at the time.

Website analytics and inquiry details
How this website handles inquiries, traffic measurement, and analytics cookies.
Updated October 16, 2026. This notice covers the public Clarioty website and its demo, onboarding, and contact request forms. Customer ERP workspaces have separate access controls and business data.
Information you submit
When you request a demo, customer onboarding, or contact from Clarioty, we collect your name, email address, company, shop type, team size, and any message you choose to provide. We use these details to respond and discuss the requested service. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list.
Requests are stored in Clarioty’s Cloudflare-backed system and are available to the Clarioty platform owner for follow-up. When email alerts are enabled, Resend processes the owner notification; the notification contains a reference and sign-in link, rather than your form answers. The product preview videos are hosted with this website and play without optional analytics. Optional booking links open the chosen external service, whose privacy practices apply there. Please do not include passwords, confidential customer orders, or drawings in the public forms. We keep inquiry information as needed to handle your request and any resulting customer relationship. Contact Clarioty to request correction or deletion.
Google Analytics and your choices
Google Analytics starts automatically on public website pages unless you have saved Basic only or Turn off analytics, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. You do not need to accept a popup. Automatic measurement is not stored as your acceptance. It helps us understand page visits, referral sources, campaign codes, scroll depth, product interest, and successful demo, onboarding, or contact requests. Analytics events do not include your name, email address, company name, form answers, or ERP business records. Only when you explicitly choose Use Google Analytics, or have a still-valid previous approval, we associate your inquiry with a pseudonymous browser identifier for up to 30 days to measure qualified inquiries and a first confirmed paid Clarioty subscription. We do not send subscription amounts, Stripe identifiers, or your company identity to Google. Video starts, playback progress and completion, FAQ interactions, link locations and fixed form-error categories help us improve the website. Choosing Basic only or Turn off analytics in Cookie settings stops new Google Analytics events and requests removal of this inquiry attribution; if cookies or local storage were cleared first, contact Clarioty to request removal.
Google Analytics processes technical information such as browser and device information and network information to provide traffic reporting. It uses first-party cookies, commonly named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier. Our tag sets a 180-day cookie lifetime. We do not enable Google Signals or advertising personalization in this website’s tag.
You can choose Basic only, Use Google Analytics, or Turn off analytics through Cookie settings in the footer. There is no automatic acceptance popup. We remember that choice in this browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the website or requesting a demo. Your browser’s own privacy controls and blockers can also affect measurement.
Cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics runs by default on eligible public pages, unless you have opted out. It measures visits, public page paths, referral sources, country, device type, browser, operating system, page speed, and Core Web Vitals. It does not use analytics cookies or a persistent visitor identifier. It does not provide visitor names, email addresses, individual browsing histories, heatmaps, or session recordings. Cloudflare processes network and browser information to provide these aggregate reports. This beacon is limited to the public marketing website; it is not installed in signed-in ERP workspaces or their preview pages.
Existing analytics opt-outs remain honored. We turn both website trackers off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Basic only leaves cookie-free Cloudflare measurement on and Google Analytics off. Turn off analytics prevents new requests from both trackers without clearing a form you are completing. Requests already sent may finish. If you turn basic measurement back on in the same page, Cloudflare resumes on your next page visit. Browser privacy tools, opt-outs and checks that exclude private URLs mean these reports will not count every visitor.

Technical processing
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website and APIs. Requests may involve technical information such as IP addresses and security logs. We use temporary security records to limit automated or repeated form submissions. The inquiry itself does not contain your IP address.
