Quality Control

Check the work.
Keep the evidence.

Bring the inspection queue, saved measurements and gauge calibration into one workspace. Accept produced quantities against the job’s saved requirements.

Included in Operations.

From the next check
to the accepted batch.

See what needs inspection.

Search and page through produced work awaiting acceptance, including partial output. Review the latest inspection result and open rework or outside-processing tasks.

Measure against the revision.

Set numeric characteristics, tolerance limits and samples per batch. Released jobs keep a saved copy of the matching part-revision plan.

Accept the quantity you checked.

Record required samples and suitable calibrated gauges. Accept a full or partial batch when its readings meet the saved limits.

Inspection history

Review accepted and held batches in Inspection history. Choose Measurements to see the saved readings, tolerance limits and gauge snapshots alongside the quantity, notes and inspector. Print a certificate for a positive accepted batch when needed.

Calibration review

Find active and inactive gauges, overdue calibration and instruments due within 30 days. Required gauges must be active, match the measurement unit and be in calibration on the inspection date.

Acceptance & shipping

Acceptance adds only the accepted batch to finished stock when applicable. Shipping uses accepted, available production. Open rework and outside-processing tasks must be resolved before another inspection.

Can we accept part of a job?

Yes. Available good pieces reported by the final operation can be inspected and accepted as a partial batch. Earlier accepted quantities and completed supplemental scrap are deducted from the balance, so the same pieces cannot be accepted again.

What happens when a measurement is outside tolerance?

The batch cannot be accepted with an out-of-tolerance reading. Record a hold with the findings, follow your shop’s review or rework process and inspect again. The held record stays in history; it does not retroactively quarantine stock from earlier accepted batches.

What do the records cover?

These are operational inspection records for the requirements and evidence your team enters. An inspection without a dimensional plan does not certify unrecorded measurements. Your shop remains responsible for its approved quality procedures and any certification requirements.
