A few useful answers

Is this a fit for grinding and straightening shops?

That is the starting focus, alongside small CNC shops. The walkthrough covers machine processes, heat-traceable material, customer-owned steel, and job completion.

What does the built-in CRM include?

Prospect and customer accounts, buyer contacts, opportunity stages, estimated and probability-weighted pipeline values, assigned follow-ups, and a history of calls, meetings, emails, and notes. Each company has its own records and access permissions. Follow-ups appear in the app; email reminders and automatic CRM email or calendar syncing are not included.

Can I bring existing spreadsheets?

Yes. The onboarding pack provides ten CSV templates with validation and import history. Historical invoices and jobs already in progress need a separate reviewed migration plan.

Does connecting Outlook automatically release jobs?

No. Incoming order details are reviewed as drafts. Production release and automation settings remain under company control.

How do I become a customer?

Submit an onboarding request. Dave will discuss fit, pricing, integrations, and the rollout with you before setting up your company.

Do you still offer technology consulting?

Yes. Clarioty also helps leadership teams simplify work with practical technology. Arrange a clarity session.

Prove it on your shop’s work.

Start with a representative job, an agreed setup plan, and a small team. Measure the result before expanding.

A focused fit

For small, single-site grinding, straightening and CNC shops running jobs through a sequence of operations.

A reviewed setup

Agree on migration help, training, pilot dates and support. Load your records, reconcile opening stock and test the full workflow together.

Your company’s price

Receive a company-specific subscription quote. Any setup fee is listed separately. Review the agreed recurring amount in Stripe before authorizing payment.

Clarioty ERP is available for guided early-access pilots. Scope, duration, support and commercial terms are agreed with each company.

Plan your pilot with confidence.

What will we measure?

Choose comparable work and record time spent entering an order, finding job status and preparing an invoice. Review the sample sizes and conditions with Dave. Customer results are shared only after permission and a review of the final wording.

How does migration and training work?

Start with the import workbook and a reviewed sample of customers, suppliers, items, machines, routings, materials and open orders. The company setup checklist records stock reconciliation, employee access and integration tests. Agree on who cleans the source data, what history to bring over and the training scope before starting.

How do I access or export my data?

Your company workspace restricts business records to authorized users. The application includes company data export and recovery tools. Review the export format, document download process, retention and offboarding arrangements as part of the pilot agreement.

What support is included?

Contact dave.robinson@clarioty.com. Support hours, response expectations, training sessions and any additional assistance are agreed for your pilot.

How do subscriptions and cancellation work?

Each company receives its own quoted monthly or annual price. Stripe handles payment details and recurring billing. For subscriptions started through Clarioty, the billing portal supports payment-method updates, invoice history and cancellation at the end of the current billing period. Review setup fees, taxes, renewal dates and any refund terms in your agreement.

What should we check before committing?

The pilot focuses on sequential shop routings, single-level BOMs and whole-piece order quantities. Advanced MRP, multiple sites, offline shop-floor writes and a native iOS app are outside the current scope. Review your reporting, quality, accounting and scheduling requirements in the demo. Outlook and QuickBooks Online need your company’s configuration and workflow testing.
